Cappagh Joint Register
The Cappagh Joint Register is a system for gathering
information on the long term success of joint replacement
surgery. All patients having a Total Hip Replacement or
Total Knee Replacement will be followed up at six months,
two years and every five years in our OPD; this
appointment will be posted to you.
This gathering of information will commence before your
surgery; you will receive a Quality of Life questionnaire to
complete after your Pre-Operative Assessment or on
admission before surgery.
Thanks to the input and co-operation of our patients the
Joint Register is now producing important and useful
information.
