If you do not turn up, you will miss out on a very important element of your care. You will also deprive another patient of an appointment. You should bring the appointment letter. Please also ensure that all personal details are correct e.g. name, address, telephone numbers etc. Please advise if any changes are required. Please bring any recent x-rays or MRI Scans with you to your appointment (not older than six months).
If you unavoidably cannot attend for your clinic appointment, please contact the clinic secretary well in advance so that the appointment can be allocated to another patient.
Please note that various clinics run simultaneously, therefore the Out Patients Department can sometimes become very busy, thus you may have to wait to be seen. We would appreciate your co-operation in relation to this. There are vending machines located in the Out Patients Department.
