Pre-Operative Assessment Clinic
Many patients are recommended by their Consultant to attend our Pre-Operative Assessment Clinic (PAC) 6-8 weeks prior to surgery.
The purpose of attendance at this clinic is to assess the patient medically and pass them fit for surgery.
All necessary blood tests and x-rays, if required, are taken and checked.

During your visit you will be given information about your forthcoming surgery.
Any fears or anxieties about your operation will be discussed.
