Pharmacy

If you are taking ANY tablets or other medicines, either prescribed by your doctor, or bought in a chemist or health shop, it is very important that you bring these medicines in their original labelled containers, as supplied by your pharmacy, when you come into hospital. This is important so that,
  1. Your doctor in the hospital will know exactly what medicine you are taking.
  2. On admission to the hospital, this will ensure that you have a supply of medicine in case the hospital does not have it in stock at that time.
If you are prescribed High Tech Medicines please bring supply to cover duration of your stay in hospital.
